Party Documentation ABCO's Third Party Observation and Reporting program provides documentation of the construction process before key components become inaccessible. Our site visits are coordinated around key milestones of the construction process by ABCO's Certified Professionals. ABCO's scope of work has been developed around construction processes that have a high potential for construction defect litigation. Our program addresses incorrect construction practices, improper material usage, and poor integration of the various building envelope components as they relate to moisture management.. ABCO also observes the installation and protection of MEP rough-ins as well an compliance to the structural design documents. ABCO's program provides a comprehensive and systematic approach to the observation and photo documentation of the construction process. Following each site visit, ABCO transmits an electronic copy of our Site Summary Report to all designated recipients. This report contains project specific information for that particular visit. Items contained in this report include general site status, observations performed during the visit, action items identified and/or resolved along with associated photographic documentation. Within the Third Party Observation and Reporting program, ABCO utilizes a process to identify and resolve any observed action items. The final product of this service is a CD report that includes a narrative, observation data, and photographic documentation demonstrating compliance with the construction documents and a proactive approach to risk management. |
