Risk Assessment

ABCO offers an overall evaluation of the quality control systems used by the contractor during the construction process. This evaluation is translated into a numerical value by which the potential risk of exposure to construction defects can be determined. ABCO has identified a number of key components and systems that are critical to the overall quality of a residential construction project. The risk assessment will quantify field construction practices and project administrative systems as they relate to the quality control program and culture of the contractor and/or trade partners. The final report will also identify areas within the quality control program that may need attention.
