Assessment ABCO offers an overall evaluation of the quality control systems used by the contractor during the construction process. This evaluation is translated into a numerical value by which the potential risk of exposure to construction defects can be determined. ABCO has identified a number of key components and systems that are critical to the overall quality of a residential construction project. The risk assessment will quantify field construction practices and project administrative systems as they relate to quality and the overall attitude and culture of the contractor and trade partners. Additionally, the risk assessment will identify areas that need improvement. |
