- HOA Maintenance Manual Turnover Walks
At the conclusion of a construction
project, some clients utilize our Certified Professionals to make
a final walk of the property. ABCO will make observations of the building
exteriors, roof systems, impact of installed landscaping and paved
surfaces for potential problems, damage, and compliance with the design
documents. At the conclusion of the field observations, ABCO produces
a final report for the project and provides photographs and a list
of any action items identified. As with our Third Party Observation
and Reporting service, ABCO can also provide follow-up inspections
of corrected action items, thus closing the loop on any previously
identified action item. |
