ABCO will provide this service to the client to comply with the government regulated lending programs. This service is typically combined with ABCO’s QA Observation and Reporting program utilizing one of our HUD/FHA qualified personnel. In most cases there are a total of three compliance reports that are required for HUD/FHA financing programs, Open Hole, Framing and Interior Final. This service can also be provided on projects that are not using any of ABCO’s other services as a stand alone program.
